14-week Executive Intensive, often funded through the international assignment package. Begins 4–6 weeks before departure or immediately upon arrival.

The Challenge

You don't live abroad — you visit. Regular client meetings, partner negotiations, and industry events in markets where English isn't the first language, or where you're operating in the client's language as a show of respect and relationship commitment.

You can handle the formal meeting. Agendas, slide decks, structured discussion — these have their own professional register that you've mastered. But the moments that actually build trust — the pre-meeting coffee, the dinner conversation, the casual corridor exchange — require a version of you that you can't access in your second language.

What We Do

We focus on the high-value informal moments. Your role-play scenarios replicate the unstructured social environments where relationships are won and lost. Your coach works with you on cultural humour, small talk that builds rapport, and the subtle signals of seniority and warmth that operate differently in every language.

Event Preparation Sprint (4 weeks) for specific trips, or ongoing monthly coaching with role-play access for frequent travellers.

The Challenge

You lead across geographies. In some languages, you're the leader everyone talks about — charismatic, decisive, inspiring. In others, you're competent but forgettable. Your leadership brand is inconsistent, and in a global organisation, that inconsistency is visible.
